Winter and Summer Training Workshops (WTW, STW) constitute the backbone of Network-Wide training activities provided by the BORGES training program.
NW activities will be held every six months, offered by both academic and non-academic partners and will be mainly focused on two kinds of content:
- Scientific and Technological Courses (STC)
- Transversal Competencies developing Courses (TCC)
The ambitious program to develop transferrable skills (8 dedicated courses and 2 E-lectures), paying attention to enrich ESRs in diverse fields (intrapersonal skills, interpersonal skills, critical and innovative thinking, media and information literacy, global citizenship) is an element of originality of the BORGES training programme.
